CGA Series Ultra-Precision High Speed Press

  • Product Description

    This model adopts design of roller type 8 surface guide rail that increase eccentric loading capability by 20%. It is applicable for blanking, punching, bending and forming process of large multi-process thin panels, which can even work independently, connectively or paired up with the transfer device for production over the whole line.

    Product Features/Advantage

    With high rigidity, horizontally symmetric knuckle joint, a completely different characteristic from traditional crank motion is achieved

    Thermal defmoration is minimized with the heat balance design, displacement of lower dead point is minimized since the variation of slide speed is minimized

    The time near the lower dead point is longer than that of the crankshaft punch, which produces excellent punching effect and ensures the quality of the products.

    Needle roller type octo-surface guide rail, minimizing transverse vibration and inclination, achieving zero clearance and excellent off-load resistance, thus protecting the die and lengthen its lifetime. The octo-surface guide rail can be adjusted individually, simplifying maintenance.

    Application :

    Mainly used in electronic industry such as manufacture of semiconductor lead frame, integrated circuit lead frame, precision hardware and electronic components ,electronic connectors, as well as precision motor cores.
